My Classical Week

4/12/2014

I finished a drawing workshop yesterday with the full-time classical students at my school. The instructor was David Dwyer, teaching assistant in the Aristides Atelier at Gage Academy of Art. I enjoyed the workshop so much I spent about 10 hours there each day, trying to make the most of my time. Below is a slideshow of images from the week.

This drawing is so amazing - I love the original composition and energy and I love how beautifully you captured it. The depth and breadth of your talent just takes my breath away - but then I am your mother and remember when you couldn't handle a spoonful of cereal without spilling it and crying in frustration!

Thanks, I'm glad you like it. I keep working on my technique, both with pencils and with cereal spoons.
